It’s a rational question, which affects everybody in the world. This post tries to answer this question, and gives tips, how to become indispensable in the future.

It’s a very important area, because the infiltration of AI into our everyday lives is happening right now,- and intensifying. The delusions from our post create fears, which interfere not just the bad, but the good impacts too?
IS THE FEAR OF LOSING OUR JOB RELEVANT?
Our right to desire a happy life, free from deprivation requires a stable financial background. This financial background means money we have right now, for which we sacrifice our health, and family with 12-14 work hours. Thus, the basis of the fear is obvious. If we lose our resources, how we can live “happily”? The answer is of course, not clear. The fact is that the monotonous, well defined workflows (our movement and our thinking) can be done by machines, thus achieving better accuracy and reduced cost.
A good example is the spread of stream engines in the 1800s. Before the machines, approximately 150 million horses lived in Europe. They provided the force to move the machines. Nowadays because of electricity and fuels, there are fewer than 65 million horses in the world.
The number of horses’- well demonstrates changes in the workplaces. It is certainly fact, that AI will wipe out work places, but this is not a disaster. As the appeal of electricity eliminates jobs, it creates thousands of other jobs (electrical engineer, electrician, operator, and maintainer). These jobs create more value. We can’t state, how the number of workplaces will change, but we are sure, that the composition of workplaces will change.
HOW FAST WILL THIS CHANGING, AND HOW CAN WE PREPARE OURSELVES IN AN INTELLIGENT WAY?
It’s not an easy question. The rush and worldwide spread of industrial revolutions was measurable in life cycles. This changing velocity allowed generations to adjust themselves, thus they could work in a profession throughout their lives. According to forecasts, this change will become more rapid, taking about 3-5 years. This will require flexible employees, faster adaptation and re-training. So be aware and open to new opportunities, jobs and training.
WHAT WORKPLACES ARE AFFECTED IN THIS PROCESS?
Everywhere, that the result comes from trained samples (education, life experience), AI will appear to help, or to replace jobs. The jobs,- which require empathy, creativity, and wit are not endangered in the near future.
HOW WILL THE QUALITY OF OUR LIFE CHANGES?
An interesting question, that the 21st century, urbanized people is how happy, and what is the reason for that. The most of stress comes from the work, where we are waiting the happiness. Why? Because we can never finish the jobs by the deadline, because of the monotonous, soul killer task. When a varied task comes, we can’t enjoy that, because we are apathetic.
The AI will wipe out those tasks first, which we never liked. This means, that our workplaces quality will improve, and thus the mood of society too. Fewer stress, pressure, loading.
